I looked after my mother over 10 years and then, after she passed away at the age of 92 yo, I worked for some time in a senior care company, where I was studying in Aged Care while working. I worked with seniors taking them to doctors' appointments, helped with meals planning, cooking, shopping, monitoring taking meds on time, helping with showering and dressing, preparing bed, changing linen, light household care, etc.
